Example: the "Paper Cup" is configured with a "Minimum Order Quantity" of 50 and the rule "Minimum or more". The "Customers Can Order" field shows the allowed quantities: 50, 51, 52, ... Units.

On the product page the rule "Minimum order quantity: 50 Units" is shown above "Add to cart". The quantity starts at 50, the + button adds one unit (51, 52...) and the - button never goes below 50.

In the cart, any quantity from the minimum upwards is accepted (for example 75). A quantity below the minimum is raised to the minimum with a message: here 30 becomes 50. "-" on the minimum removes the product.

If a cart line is below the minimum (for example the minimum was raised to 60 after 50 cups were added), the customer is sent back to the cart with "Some quantities are not allowed." and cannot continue to the payment until the quantity is updated.

Example: the "Mineral Water Bottle" is configured with a "Minimum Order Quantity" of 12 and the rule "Multiples of the minimum only", so it is sold in full packs. The "Customers Can Order" field shows 12, 24, 36, ... Units.

On the product page the rule "Sold in multiples of 12 Units" is shown above "Add to cart". The quantity starts at 12 and the +/- buttons add or remove a full pack (12, 24, 36...).

In the cart, a quantity that is not a full pack is corrected automatically (rounded up when increasing, down when decreasing, never below the minimum) and the customer is told why: here 30 becomes 36. "-" on the minimum removes the product.

When the stock is limited, the quantity is rounded down to a full pack: here 36 Glass Jars are requested, only 30 are in stock, so 24 (two packs of 12) are added. If the stock is below the minimum, the product is not added.

If a cart line is no longer a full pack (for example the pack size was changed to 10 after the product was added), the customer is sent back to the cart with "Some quantities are not allowed." and cannot continue to the payment until the quantity is updated.
