This page provides access to the website configuration options in Odoo. Under the Configuration dropdown, users can manage.
Product Datasheet – Detail view and create new datasheet.
This page displays all available product Datasheet on the website, with each entry showing an image, name, and description.
You can search datasheet using the top-right search bar - it matches the name, description, and the text content inside the attached PDF. Clearing the search box automatically shows all items again.
Click Preview to view the attached PDF right on the same page in a popup, with an option to close it anytime.
Use the Download button to save the file.

- Yes, The Product Datasheet module is fully compatible with Odoo 19 Community Edition.
- This module is designed to upload, manage, and display downloadable product datasheet on your website.
- Datasheet are displayed on a menu.
- No. Only PDF files are accepted for the attachment field. If a non-PDF file is uploaded, the record cannot be saved.
- Yes. When a PDF is uploaded, its text is automatically extracted and stored, so the website search matches the datasheet name, description, and PDF content together. Note: scanned/image-only PDFs with no real text layer cannot be content-searched.
- No. Preview opens in a popup on the same page, which can be closed anytime. A separate Download button is available for saving the file.
