Account Request
Wholesale Registration
Users without wholesale credentials can apply for access by clicking "Apply Now," filling in the registration and shipping address details, and submitting the form. The request will be sent to the admin for approval.
After submitting the form thank you message will be appeared
Wholesaler Section
Wholesale User Portal
Wholesale users can log in with their credentials to access and manage their account details, view orders, update addresses, and change passwords.
Order Form
By clicking on "Order Form" section it will redirect to customized shop page.
Express Checkout
By clicking on Express checkout you can use our functionality that is very easy and time saving for checkout.You can add multiple products and quantities in just one time.
By clicking on "By SKU" you can easily select and add multiple products and their quantity and add them in the cart by clicking Add to Cart.
By clicking on "By Insert file" you can easily upload the .xlsx or .csv file wich contains product-code and quantity and add them in the cart by clicking Add to Cart.
By clicking on "By Text" you can easily write the multiple product code and quantity and add them in the cart by clicking Add to Cart.
Dynamic Pricing
The wholesale user's order must meet the minimum quantity requirements, causing the price to adjust accordingly as shown in the pricelist example.
Order Confirmation
After clicking on checkout the shipping method will be appeared and by confirming it will redirect to Extra info page
In this page you can upload you Puchase order document.After clicking on continue checkout the it will redirect to payment page
Here you can pay the amount via suitable payment method.
After clicking on "Pay now" button the order will be confirmed and the order recipt will be generated.
Order History
Wholesale users can view their past sales orders by clicking on the "Orders" section in the Home Page.
By clicking on the sales order it will open the sales order information.
Admin Section
Digital Files
Digital Files can be shared with customers through sales by selecting Quotation, Confirmed Order, Inside Quotation PDF and on the Product page too.
Product Page: The document will visible on the product page and can be accessible by user.
Quotation: The document will be sent to and accessible by customers at any time. This option is useful for sharing product description files.
Confirmed Order: The document will be sent to and accessible by customers upon order confirmation. This option is ideal for sharing user manuals or digital content purchased on eCommerce.
Inside Quote: The document will be included in the PDF of the quotation, placed between the header pages and the quote table. This option is useful for embedding additional information directly in the quotation document.
Wholesale User Management
New user requests for wholesale access are recorded in the Wholesaler app's pipeline menu.
By clicking "Create Wholesaler," a form will pop up allowing the admin to create a new wholesaler or link to an existing one. The admin can also assign a unique pricelist to the wholesaler.
Granting Portal Access
After creating a new wholesaler, the admin can grant portal access, an email will be triggered to the user for account activation and password setup.
Revoking Portal Access
If needed, the admin can revoke portal access, removing the user's access rights.
Custom Pricelists
Unique pricelists can be created for different wholesalers. Price rules and configurations, such as minimum order quantity and minimum order price, can be set to define purchasing requirements.
