In the Sales Order module, an "Attachment" option is available, providing users with two attachment types: "Add Attachment" and "Private Attachment". "Add Attachment" allows users to add attachments that are visible to all users, whereas "Private Attachment" restricts access to authorized users only.
In the Sales Order section of the website. users can only see attachments added through the "Public Attachment" feature within the "Document" section.
