Create a custom "Sale Order Review Form" for Survey.
In "website Configuration" add the Submit Form Created or use the Form created by default..
Once Done, user can go to portal and check for the sale order, An button will be shown as "Submit Review" clicking on which user will be redirected to "Sale Order Review Form".
Once user populates the form and "Submit Survey" user will be redirected to "Thank you page".
"Thank-you Page"
Sales orders display customer ratings derived from survey feedback.
"Rating Button" in Sale Order gets average rating for the Sale Order in all aspects.
"Sale Order Reviews" List of reviews submitted for the Sale Order.
In the sales order, users can access review records through the "Group By" option.
