"POS Due Orders Settlement" Module Is Designed To Streamline The Process Of Managing 'Paid' And 'Due Amounts' Within The "Due Orders" Section, Allowing Users To Easily Track And View All Relevant Information. Additionally, The Module Offers A Range Of Convenient 'Payment Settlement Options' To Ensure A Seamless Transaction Experience.
Key Features
Navigate to this feature Go to the Point of sale Module > Configurations > Payment Methods > Customer Account (Note:Journal should be blank to payment through Layby method)
You must have to set this payment method in the POS Configurations > Settings > Payment > Payment Method and then Click on the "Save" Button
Once you have added the products to the POS, click on the "Customer" tab and then proceed to the Payment Page. From here, select the "Customer Account" payment method for any "Due payments", and Cash/Bank for the rest Payment.
From here, user can see the "Due Orders".
Users have the ability to see both the "Paid" and "Due amounts". Upon selecting the "Pay Due" button, they can opt for the "Cash/Bank" Payment method, initiate the POS Order, and then proceed to the "Payment page" to click on the 'Validate' button in order to settle the Due amount.
From the right side in the box, here users can see both the "Paid" and "Due amount" and Click on the 'Validate' button to proceed further.
When all the due amount is paid then it will be removed from the "Due amount".
The user can view the total amount paid and the amount due here.
