Access your portal and navigate to the "My Account" menu for personalized account management.
Select the "Timesheets" option from the available choices.
Navigate to the timesheet page and click on the "Create Timesheet" button.
Upon clicking on the "Create Timesheet" button, a popup will open, allowing the user to proceed with the timesheet creation.
Users with access to specific tasks, but not the entire project, can still create timesheets by selecting from a list of tasks, each with designated followers.
After created timesheet user won't see the corresponding project if they don't have access rights to it.
Additionally, users have the option to edit or delete any timesheet by selecting the corresponding "Edit" or "Delete" buttons.
Users have the capability to edit project and task from the timesheet table within the portal.
When selecting the "Delete" button, a popup will appear, prompting the user to confirm the deletion of the timesheet.
Here, you can set Related User to create timesheet for Portal User .
In a specific project, we have the capability to configure options for invited portal users and incorporate followers.
In this particular project, followers can be designated, and users are provided with the option to view the project in their timesheets
If any timesheets are is not created. still User can see the Timesheet menu in the portal.
Users can easily make timesheets on their mobile with just a tap using the 'Create Timesheet' button in the mobile view.
Now, simply put all the necessary details and hit the 'Save' button to store your timesheet.
Click on the 'Edit' button to modify your timesheet, then simply click 'Save' to ensure your changes are retained.
After selecting the 'Delete' button, proceed to confirm by clicking 'Yes' to permanently remove the timesheet from the system.
