Navigate to CRM and Access the created lead and utilize the "Lost" button to designate the lead as lost
In the popup, input the reason for lead loss and proceed by clicking the "Mark as Lost" button to Lost a Lead.
Clicking "Mark as Lost" will update the lead's status to lost, automatically canceling all related quotations. Additionally, a Chatter entry will be generated with the specified reason and additional notes.
After attempting to mark the lead as lost, a warning will appear indicating that a lead with a confirmed sale order cannot be marked as lost.
Then, navigate to quotation and click on the "Cancel" button to Cancel Quotation.
A pop-up will appear where you should input the cancellation reason and any additional notes. Afterward, click on the "Cancel Quotation" button to proceed with canceling the quotation.
After Cancel Quotation Lead Will Lost and all related quotations will also be canceled.
When a sale order is confirmed, the associated lead transitions gracefully to the "Won" stage.
