To access this functionality, users can navigate to the Contacts section within the settings interface. Within this section, a toggle or checkbox labeled "Random Avatar Generator" will be available. Once activated, the system will integrate seamlessly with the customer database, generating visually appealing avatars based on randomization principles.
To proceed, kindly locate and click on the "Create" button within the Contacts application.
Upon completing the essential information in the contact form and proceeding to click on the "Save" button, the application will seamlessly trigger the "Customer Random Avatar Generator" feature.
When user click on the "Regenerate" option, the system will trigger a pop-up window, seeking confirmation for the avatar regeneration process of existing avatar.
Upon clicking the "OK" button within the "Regenerate" pop-up confirmation, the system will proceed to regenerate the avatar for the existing contact profile.
The avatar for this profile has been successfully updated through the randomization process.
