Documentation
The Activity button is visibly presented in this section for user convenience and notification purposes.
Clicking on the Activity button will open a dropdown in which the list of activities will be shown.
Our in-app views are designed to offer a seamless and integrated user experience, ensuring that all necessary actions and content are readily available within the app itself, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
All Activities
All button shows the activities that are overdue or scheduled for today or planned in future.
Today's Activities
Today button will show all the activities scheduled for the current day.
Overdue Activities
Overdue button will show all the activities that are Overdue.
Planned Activities
Planned button will show the activities that are scheduled for the future.
Want to create a new activity?
Clicking on the New Activity button, a pop-up box will appear, allowing the user to choose the object in which the new activity will be created.
Settings
The main user can configure the visibility of activities for other users according to their preferences.
Button Functionalities
1. Check Button - It will mark the activity as done and that activity will be removed from the list.
2. Forward Button - It will redirect you to the form of which the activity is assigned to.
3. Plus Button - It will open a list view of that model and can create or edit an activity.
4. Edit Button - It will open a pop-up window in which user can edit that activity or mark as done that activity and schedule next activity.
My Activities
Clicking on the "My Activities" button will show all the activities that are assigned to that particular user.
All Activities
Clicking on the "All Activities" button will show all the activities of all the users.
Hover Effects
When hovering over the attendees, it will show the user the name of that attendee.
When hovering over the bottom right icon, it will show the user the name of the person to whom that activity is assigned.
UI Functionalities
Users will be redirected to the specific form assigned to each activity by clicking on the provided links.
1. It shows the date on which activity is scheduled.
2. It shows the model of that activity.
3. It shows the current state of the activity, whether it is due, today, or planned.
4. It shows the type of activity.
5. It shows the number of days left or gone for that activity.
Clicking this button will redirect the user to a form where the user can see all the attendees for that meeting.
Added Functionality
Pinned Activity - Clicking this button will permanently make the activity pinned, and that activity will be visible as a priority.
