Mindphin Technologies Pvt. Ltd provides an Odoo-based customer messaging service that allows an authorized business to connect its Instagram Professional account or Facebook Page and manage customer conversations.

Information we process

Depending on the connected Meta service, we process business account identifiers, access tokens, customer profile information made available by Meta, and messages exchanged with the connected business.

How information is used

Information is used only to display, manage, synchronize, and reply to customer-support conversations inside the authorized business's Odoo system. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and access

Access is restricted to authorized users of the connected Odoo company. Information is retained only for the operational and legal needs of the business, and is protected using reasonable technical and organizational measures.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of associated information by emailing info@mindphin.com. You may also stop future access by removing the app from Instagram/Facebook Apps and Websites.
